Engagements & proposals
Any engagement is governed by a signed Statement of Work (SOW) that defines scope, timeline, deliverables, payment terms and IP ownership.
§03
Intellectual property
Custom deliverables created for you transfer on full payment. MYT retains rights to reusable internal frameworks, tools and templates.
§04
Liability
MYT's liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
§05
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Riyadh courts.
